Home Tour Part Deux: A terrace level designed for living well.
From movie nights in the media room to a glass of wine in the wine room, every space was designed for both entertaining and everyday enjoyment. The bar creates the perfect gathering spot, while the home gym and meditation/yoga room bring wellness right into the home. A lower level thats gives main character energy.

The smallest rooms can make the biggest statement.

This powder room may be compact, but every detail was designed to leave a lasting impression. From the elegant marble pedestal sink to the playful wallcovering with its beautiful pops of blue, this space brings personality, charm, and a touch of surprise to the home.

Powder rooms are one of our favorite places to have a little fun with design. Guests may only spend a few minutes here, but it's often the room they remember most.

This lower-level lounge was created as the ultimate gathering space. Whether it's movie night, game day, or simply unwinding after a long week, every detail was thoughtfully considered to make this room feel both elevated and inviting.
The stunning curved sofa from anchors the space with its sculptural silhouette, creating an intimate conversation area while offering plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Paired with a custom fireplace, this room is designed to live in..And who doesn’t want a hand stitched wool throw to curl up in?

Some design trends come and go, but a few classics never lose their charm.

Sharing my thoughts with Real Simple Magazine on Interior Design Choices You'll Never Regret was such a delight, and one of my favorites made the list: cabana stripes.

Whether they're showing up on a poolside chaise or a tailored dining chair, cabana stripes bring an effortless sense of style that feels just as at home in a coastal retreat as it does in a traditional or contemporary space. They're crisp, relaxed, and a little bit playful.

The best part? They have a way of making every day feel a little more like a vacation.

Our newest build in Redington Shores, Florida is all about clean architectural lines, warm natural textures, and luxe indoor-outdoor living. From the expansive terraces to the resort-style pool and rooftop views, every detail was designed to create a sense of calm and connection to the salty outdoors.
