There’s that moment in every project when a client sits down for the first time and says, “Ahhhh…this just feels right.”

As a designer, that is what I live for! Behind that moment is a deliberate process that most people never see. Conversations about how someone lives, small decisions about comfort, proportion, and materials. Hours of craftsmanship that turn an idea into something you can sink into at the end of the day.

We’re officially kicking off a new design project for our South Carolina custom home and these gorgeous architectural plans by Christopher Phelps are just the beginning. This home will evolve from vision to reality through lots of creativity and countless details.
