This laundry room was designed to feel serene and spacious, with double washers and dryers, a generous folding counter, and a sink as perfect for handwashing as for arranging Mother’s Day blooms. A secondary powder room designed as an extension of the entertaining spaces beyond. Layers of slate, soapstone, warm stained oak, and grasscloth create a cool, dark, and moody moment, perfectly in sync with the adjacent bar and mahjong parlor. A small space, but rich in texture and atmosphere. 📸

High Point Market was full of inspiration and so many beautiful things! First highlight… Lighting! Kicked off High Point for the book signing with Amber Lewis! Loved the sculptural LEDs for the ceiling & an alabaster multi drop (always a favorite material). Next…sconces, pendants and table lamps galore . And again- alabaster! This time as a bright yet moody lamp, with mushroom lamp shade and bronze base.
