I think it’s time to get my ass in gear with Whiskey D’s. I’ve gotten complacent with renting my pit over the past couple of years. I haven’t been cooking and bringing my food to the people. That needs to change, and I need to get serious about expanding with calculated risks. All ideas are welcome. 👍🏻❤️

Haven't had time to post pics, but here's the pit all sandblasted. I've painted her all black. Extremely happy with the results!!

Stuffed jalapeños. Also making armadillo eggs. Avacado stuffed with cheese, wrapped in expertly seasoned hamburger, wrapped in bacon and smoked with pecan. Not shabby!!

Over 150lbs raw meat. This goes on later. Five briskets went on at 12:30am. Smome is rolling and the wind is in my favor!!

These have become one of the kids favorites!! Head down to your local Mexican meat market and get some marinated tablitas. About 6 minutes on a hot grill is all you need. One of the best kept secrets. Delicious!!

Friends!! I'm looking in to ordering some merchandise to advertise my logo. I'm trying to guage the interest with what to order and how much. The logo will most likely be a black and white weathered version that is silkscreened on the t-shirt. I won't be buying crappy t-shirts. I like the extra soft material that doesn't shrink. Not sure about logo on front versus back. I also want to do koozies and hats. I was thinking of making a patch out of the logo and attaching to the front of the hat, but I'm open ideas. Please comment with any and all ideas. I don't have prices yet because I believe it has to do with the order size. Thanks for your support!!

Here's the finished product. She looks rough right now, sandblasting and paint is coming. I kinda like the weathered beat up look though. I was planning to burn out the smoke chamber this weekend but the weather has different ideas. Can't wait to roll some smoke on this thing!!
