Do you see all kinds of crafts and designs you want to do for your home on social media⁉️
Y’all have HAD to have seen this idea on social media. Now, what you need?
1) A pool noodle - zero for sale in the south, so I stalked a neighbor walking with one and kindly asked her if I could have it 🤣 Evidently, our neighborhood pool has “all the noodles” you need for a craft.
2) Shower tension rod
3) Cream spray paint
4) “oooodddllles” of long fall leaf garland and various fall decor that had a stem on the end and even tiered tray items you can place in the garland. 🍂🍁🍃🎃
Step 1 - Spray paint pool noodle, my noodle was pink and rod white. I just had cream paint to use so the pink would not be seen.
Step 2 - Cut ✂️ noodle in half longwise, but not all the way through - just to get the middle section to open. You can easiky cut first, paint last - which would have been smarter on my end 🤣
Step 3 - Put noodle on the tension rod.
Step 4 - Wrap various garlands around the pool noodle and attach it with a glue gun or tack pins to keep it “somewhat” sturdy. I personally used tack pens.
Step 5 - Put tension rod up and twist tight to hold.
Step 6 - Then use the stemmed fall floral, pumpkins, pine cones or ribbon and “fill er’ up”.
NOW you have a gorgeous entryway decor!
Due to hubs not letting me get on the ladder, I filled most of my noodle from the floor then raised it on a box to give it a balanced leverage to add to the bare spots.
**If your entrway is too large, you can easiky use the pool noodle without the tension rod for a long table decor or even on top of your mantle **
I think this may be THE FIRST social media craft I have actually ever made and LOVE it! ❤️❤️❤️
