Guys this is a HORRIBLE company! Please read!
Park Glen property management manages the apartments I live at sadly. If you own or operate any form of housing units I can not explore you enough to NOT use this company! Since this company began managing the apartments here (I lived here for two years before they came along), a murderer who literally escaped a mental hospital was found by police on property, they made a creepy stalker with no life the on sight manager despite constant complaints about him, the on sight manager they hired is up at all hours of the night literally spying on people and filming them as you walk by his patio door, it could be 3 AM and even if you I kid you not “go up your stairs too quickly” he will be ready for a notice for you. 6 of my neighbors have come to ME (my family owns the complex) to complain about the new management company. We used to have a gorgeous community with everyone have plants and decor on their patios, not anymore they made us get rid of our plants and decor, all us neighbors used to be friendly with one another and sit and talk on our stairs sometimes, not anymore they put a stop to that too, some of the elderly couples had seating by their doors so they could more easily put their shoes on and take them off, guess what this company told those poor elderly people nope no seating for you unless you’d like to be evicted that is. I was personally told by the on sight manager that we were not permitted to have pumpkins in front of our door for Halloween even though at the exact same time he is saying this he has Easter decor out in front of his house not even by his door
But all the way out front in “non rentable space”. Now that I’ve complained they are actively retaliating against me, they had my car towed even though it was parked in my private covered spot I pay for and it is up to date on registration and I sent them the registration via email to the email on their business cards not once not twice but three times! Also at least 60 percent of the units here have animals such as cats and dogs, I’ve had my two cats here for 2.5 years and never had an issue, in fact I got written permission to have them here from the last two property management companies and now these people are trying to evict me over having my cats here as I have had them here the entire 2.5 YEARS I’ve lived here. They also refuse to do anything about the complaints against the on sight manager, he is filming people, handing out notices like candy on Halloween, making residence feel uncomfortable and unsafe, and WORSTE OF ALL HE HAS SEXUALLY HARASSED NOW TWO YOUNG GIRLS BARELY 18 WHILE ON DUTY ON PROPERTY! Informed this company about THEIR manager sexually harassing young girls and you know what they do, give me a notice rather than discipline THEIR employee, I guess they must support the sexual harassment of young women! SHAMEFUL! All in all I’ve rented through my
Life time at about 8 different apartments across the country and in all honesty with zero exaggeration this is the WORST management company I’ve ever had to suffer. They are unresponsive to tenants rights and needs, they single handedly made every single tenant here hate them, they don’t discipline sexual harassment of YOUNG girls, they allow their on sight manager to harass us literally handing out notices to us all once a week if not more frequently, they allow the on sight manager to film us (who knows what he’s doing with that film and none of signed anything about being on camera), they completely changed how we all lived making our lives worse all while RAISING the rent TWICE and not doing any improvements to our apartments.
Remember my family literally owns this complex so if they are this messed up towards me I can’t imagine what they are putting my neighbors through as we speak.
