Audio Visual Design & Install is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Audio Video Integration Trainee to join our elite installation team. This is not a typical entry-level role—this is an opportunity to travel the country, work on high-end residential and commercial environments, and develop expertise in some of the most advanced AV technologies deployed today.

You will be trained alongside seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on experience in building immersive environments that redefine how people experience sound, video, and control.

What You’ll Experience
• Travel to unique project sites across the country—from luxury homes to sophisticated commercial environments
• Work with premium technologies including:
• HDMI over IP video distribution systems
• Professional sound reinforcement systems
• Integrated control and automation platforms (e.g., Crestron-style systems)
• Direct View LED (dvLED) wall installation and calibration
• Participate in full project lifecycles—from infrastructure buildout to final commissioning
• Learn structured installation methodology across:
• Rough-in (infrastructure and pre-wire)
• Field installation (devices, displays, speakers, cameras)
• Final integration (rack build, programming, system optimization)

AVDI is Seeking Hard Working Young Individuals with opportunity to learn a Skilled Trade in the Technology industry.

Are you a person that can use speed, accuracy, and detail that meet safety, security, productivity and quality standards.
Ability to utilize various tools.
Perform simple math skills by adding or subtracting numbers and the use of a tape measure.
Restocks supplies at the end of shift.
May be required to work frequent overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.
Some experience in construction and/or related field.
Ability to operate electrical power tools.
Ability to lift 75+ pounds
Ability to travel for up too ten days.
Must have: valid ID, transportation to and from job site/shop.

Previous construction experience is not required but a willingness to learn is. We will provide training as needed.

A good candidate must have good communication skills

MUST BE RELIABLE! Attendance is very important

This is a Team working environment. We are looking for long term employees for different positions.

All shifts available, long hours,and travel.

Different work environments (hot, Cold)

We have outside and inside work. Some of our jobs require out of town work.

Employment type: full-time 40hr /wk some overtime will be available.
