Stained countertop & chipping cabinet paint in a 10 year old custom built home were driving this homeowner crazy! In the renovation, custom cabinets, countertop & backsplash, a trio of sparkling pendants, the hardware, Mosiac by is swoon worthy plus a wine rack and added trim on the island resulted in a stunning kitchen.

This fantastic screened porch was in need of a major makeover. Moving the Baker's Rack to the other side works for the plants and opened the corner for the gurgling sounds of a wall fountain. All new furniture, a gorgeous rug, bistro lights and voila! I just got it all put together in time for the party🍾
