During my week off, I got all creative and started thinking about new recipes. so, this week,I experimented with a cinnamon apple iced bun.
It is utterly delicious.
Someone came into the shop and asked if I would consider making some with blueberries…
… which I thought was a fantastic idea.
So be on the lookout for those!

I’ve had an amazing week off in Indiana and I’m now back in the shop, baking bread and making chicken salad plus some delicious apple cinnamon crunch buns with icing.
