I LOVE to dress nice. And I do. 😂

But here's the thing, I don't invest in clothes, shoes and accessories the way I invest in **my home, travel and making memories with my family.**

Those are the things that matter most to me.

Because the truth is, **we invest in what's important to us.**

For me, it's important to create spaces in my home that I actually WANT to be in. I want to walk through my door and love what I see. I want my family to gather here, make memories here, get comfortable here and feel at home here.

If we ever had another lockdown, and fingers crossed we NEVER do 😩...I'd be okay, because I genuinely love being in my home.

And that's something I think we sometimes forget when we're deciding what's "worth" spending money on.

Worth is personal.

For one person, it's the designer bag.
For someone else, it's the trip.
For me, it's the beautiful home AND the trip with the people I love. 😂

So invest in what matters to **YOU**without regret and without feeling like you have to justify it to anybody else.

Because the things you value are allowed to look different from the things someone else values. 🤎

And yes...I can still put together a cute outfit without spending a fortune. That's all in the styling. 😉

It’s all about how you style it. Your clothes. Your home. Your life.

This top? It’s actually a **scarf**.

The bottoms? **Walmart.** Bought them two years ago.

The shoes? A **brand-new Goodwill find.** 🙌🏾

Now the purse… okay, THAT’S **Kurt Geiger London.** 😘 ( A girl has to treat herself sometimes)

And somehow, it all works together.

That's exactly how I approach interiors.

I don't believe everything in a room has to be expensive to make the room *look* expensive. I don't believe everything has to come from the same store, the same collection, or even the same price point.

It’s about knowing **what to splurge on, what to save on, and how to bring it all together.**

A $50 find can live beautifully next to a $5,000 piece when the scale, color, texture and styling are right.

**Good design isn't about where you bought it.
It's about what you do with it.**

And whether I'm getting dressed or designing a room, that's probably always going to be my philosophy. 🤎
