We’ve always believed art is self-care. 🤍

For 26 years, Cafe Monet has been a place to slow down, be creative, and connect with the people you love. And now there’s research behind what we’ve seen at our studio for years: making art is proven to lower stress and give your mind a creative reset.

So consider this your sign to put down the phone and make time for yourself in a creative space. Come create with us!🫶
