What a difference a month makes! Major progress at my personal project I’m calling “My Place” thanks to Coats Homes Ben Denison Veronica Rousseau. Beautiful design by Sam Burch Architect . So happy with the beautiful drywall job by Alex Celis. Weather Shield windows are in thanks to Exclusive Windows & Doors of Austin and steel by Nickell Metalsmiths, LLC.. Prime Wall has almost completed exterior stucco and trim is under way by Mark Christmas and his team at Karl Wilson. Roofing by my buddy Don Drury Roofing and rooftileandslatecompany. Woods HVAC making sure we have great airflow in the spaces that have a ton of glass - thanks Ryan. Tile installed by Zac The Tile Press and his lovely team using clé tile, Ann Sacks Austin Tile & Stone Showroom (🩷 Samara) and the superior Schluter-Systems North America. Flangeless cans by DMF Lighting and super chiiiic switches thanks to Layne Macauley Technologies and Lutron By Design

Up next, cabinets that I knew I had to have once I saw them 🤤on our Lake Travis project by Bill Johnson and Terry at Johnson Cabinets. Landscaping by the talented Grace Raulet and flooring by Lonnie Kristynik Hardwood Flooring (no relation, ha). Can’t wait for our Maiden Stone arrival that will be on most of the first floor and countertops by my longtime friend Jared Affinity Cantera & Stone and Architectural Tile & Stone who has the best selection in Austin. Appreciate our team and enjoying this process!
