We transformed a blank space in this new build into a warm farmhouse inspired laundry room that feels just as intentional as the rest of the home. Our client wanted extra counter space for folding, shelving for decor, and a design theme that stood apart from the main living areas, and we were able to bring their inspiration photo to life. Front loading machines allowed us to extend the butcher block countertop for a seamless and functional workspace. A fresh take on a utility room that now feels like a feature rather than an afterthought. Contact us today and let us help take your space from standard to spectacular.

When interior designer Sylvia Rosado signed onto this project, it involved the client's having a wall knocked down to create a larger dressing space. With that in mind, she paid special attention to the flow of the now-dressing room, while still providing a dedicated space for the client's various inventory. Classic, clever, and extremely functional.
