The perfect fixture is about more than how it looks. Height, scale, and placement can completely change the feeling of a room. While this home is still under construction, seeing the lighting go in gives us a first glimpse of how the spaces will feel.

Wall-mounted faucets, three ways.

Each bathroom has its own palette, its own stone movement, and its own mood, but the function stays the same. By moving the faucet off the counter and onto the wall, the vanity surface gets to stay cleaner visually and physically.

That small shift leaves more usable counter space, makes the area around the sink easier to wipe down, and lets the stone read without hardware interrupting the surface.

Same function, completely different feeling.

Every element from the plaster arches to the leather headboard are designed to be cohesive. This bedroom is exactly the kind of space we have fun bringing to life.

Getting brought in during construction is always our favorite because it lets us shape the feeling of a home from the very beginning. Lighting placement, rug scale, and paint direction all happen before furniture, because once those pieces are right, everything else comes together much more naturally.
