This banner is such a special one.
To know Kaylie and her family is to instantly love them.
She is the heart of our FH team reminding us all that we are capable of great things when we lead with kindness and inclusivity.
What started as teammates four years ago turned into forever family. Watching her over these past years and everything she has accomplished is such a beautiful thing. I cannot even put into words the impact she has had on not just my people, but everyone else around her.
We cannot wait to see how bright you shine in this next chapter Kay.

So incredibly excited for my family and what they continue to do. Yesterday they opened a satellite location in the Hospital of Central Connecticut and the welcome was beyond warm. Hearing Kim speak so proudly about what these two families have created brings hope and light for what inclusivity should always look like in the workplace and in all areas. Stop in for a visit or give them a follow. I can’t wait to see what else is in store
