The firefly squid is known for its boiluminescence. They migrate to Toyama Bay in Japan for reproduction and light up the waters with their glow. Researchers don't fully know if they use their bioluminecent body for attracting prey, camouflage, or communication; either way its beautiful!

This is my entry for the aquatic with , we received a metal 🐟 frame and cord for our creations. I looked into different fish to make, and none were calling to me, so I took it a little out of the box, and my 🦑 came to life.

Here is a little sneak peak at my . Yes, it's glowing! I've always been fascinated by science and animals. This is called bioluminescence in nature. What creatures do you know that have bioluminescense?

I have a few more finishing touches left, and then I will reveal the full piece next week. This aquatic themed piece of art can be enjoyed during the ☀️ and at 🌙

How cool are these macrame hoop earrings!!! They glow in the dark!!! I got the glow in the dark cord from and I love it! Definitely going to have to buy more. Bringing these into in Azle, Texas later today.
