Today we take a minute to pause and honor the brave men and women who made the largest sacrifice possible, for those who had a folded flag delivered back home. We remember the lives lived with courage, the stories that ended too soon, and the friends and families who carry their absence every single day. Their sacrifice is felt in the freedom we wake up to, the quiet days on the lake, the laughter around the table, and the simple moments we often take for granted.
And as we remember the fallen, let’s also reach out to those who made it home. Many came back carrying memories, scars, and stories they don’t speak of. Today is a good day to check in, to reach out, to remind them they’re not alone.
Let’s honor their service by showing up for them — today and every day. 🇺🇸
