🍽️ Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the pasta shells
Boil jumbo shells in salted water until just tender but still firm enough to hold their shape.
Drain and let cool slightly.
2️⃣ Prepare the creamy filling
In a large bowl, combine shrimp, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until creamy and evenly mixed.
3️⃣ Stuff the shells
Spoon the filling generously into each pasta shell and arrange in a lightly buttered baking dish.
4️⃣ Make the garlic Parmesan sauce
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and paprika until smooth, creamy, and silky.
5️⃣ Bake until bubbly
Pour sauce around and lightly over the shells.
Top with extra mozzarella cheese and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until bubbling and golden around the edges.
6️⃣ Finish and serve
Sprinkle parsley over the top and serve warm while the cheese stays soft and creamy.
