Baked Caesar Chicken Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Cream 🍽️🧄

If you’re craving a creamy, cheesy meal that's both comforting and satisfying, this Baked Caesar Chicken Rotini is just what you need! With juicy chicken and tender pasta enveloped in a rich garlic Parmesan cream sauce, it's perfect for any dinner table.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb rotini pasta
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese for chicken topping
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 6 tbsp butter
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese for sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
1. Take your boneless skinless chicken breasts and place them in a slow cooker. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
2. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender. Once cooked, remove the chicken and slice into thick pieces. Set aside.
3. About 20 minutes before you're ready to serve, cook the rotini according to package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
4. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and then add the cream cheese. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
6. Reduce the heat to low and gradually stir in the mozzarella cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce.
7. Slowly add in the grated Parmesan cheese for the sauce, stirring continuously until the mixture is thick and creamy.
8. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes to enhance the flavors.
9. Add the drained rotini to the sauce and toss until the pasta is fully coated in the creamy mixture.
10. Transfer to a serving dish or individual plates, topped with slices of the Caesar chicken. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
