Step into la dolce vita… without leaving Babylon. 🍝
June 6th, 6:30pm

Our patio turns into an Italian courtyard—music on, wine flowing, pasta boards out. Come shape a little orecchiette, wander back for a bite, grab a drink, repeat. No structure, no pressure, just good food and even better company.

Expect small plates, a chef-made pasta, something sweet at the end, and a box of pasta you made to take home.

Swipe through to see our July + August camp schedule, including regular morning camps and Advanced Culinary Camp options for young cooks ready for the next level.

This is not your average cooking camp. Campers will cook, taste, learn, shop the pantry, customize their dishes, work together, and build real kitchen confidence in a true culinary school-style experience.

Regular Camp:
Tuesday, Wednesday + Thursday
9:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Advanced Culinary Camp:
Mondays at  9:30 AM
For ages 13–16 or campers who complete 3+ Kids Camps

Campers who complete 3 or more camps are invited to our Cook for Parent Event, where they’ll help plan, prepare, and serve a meal for their families.

Bundle & Save:
Book 2+ camps: save 5%
Book 4+ camps: save 10%
Book 6+ camps: save 15%

Do you have what it takes to be a Mercantile DICED Champion???

Introducing the Mercantile DICED Challenge: Mystery Basket Cooking Competition, our Chopped-style cooking competition for passionate home cooks who are ready to step into the kitchen and see what they can create under pressure.

Contestants will receive a surprise mystery basket, head to their stations, and have access to our stocked Merc pantry to build their best dish. With chef mentorship, timed cooking, live judging, and plenty of big kitchen energy, this is part cooking class, part competition, and part “I’ve always wanted to try this.”

You don’t need to be a professional chef. You just need to love food, trust your instincts, and be willing to think on your feet.

Expect creativity, chaos, strategy, flavor, and a room full of people cheering you on while the clock is ticking. Each contestant is also allowed to purchase two non-cooking spectator tickets to cheer them on.
