Planning a new outdoor boiler install?

Don’t cheap out on the underground line. Poorly insulated or poorly built line can waste heat all winter. If the outer shell cracks, groundwater can get in and rob heat from the line, wasting all the hard work you put into cutting and burning wood. At that point, the only real fix is digging it back up and replacing it.

WINTER INSTALLATION AVAILABLE: This customer just built a shop and needed heat now so he could keep working through the winter. The building isn’t finished yet, but it’s weathered in, and heat makes all the difference for him to keep going on it.

We set the stove on blocks and ran the ThermoPEX above ground as a temporary install to get him heating right away. It’s not the final setup, but it’s safe, functional, and doing exactly what it needs to do right now.

This summer, once conditions allow, he’ll pour a proper pad and we’ll bury the water lines and power for a permanent installation.

Around here, waiting until everything is perfect can cost you a whole season. Getting heat when you need it keeps projects moving.
