I’m a nutrition and fitness coach specializing in barre, Pilates, and cycle, with a passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and amazing from the inside out. I live in Baltimore with my incredibly supportive husband and our six wonderful children, where life is beautifully full, busy, a bit chaotic and intentional.
Health, beauty, and balance are at the heart of everything I do. I believe feeling your best starts with creating a lifestyle rooted in movement, nourishment, and a sense of order — both in your body and your home. Whether I’m in the kitchen, the gym, or homeschooling my kids, I’m always finding ways to blend wellness with real life.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me creating home décor for my Etsy shop, helping friends and family with interior design decisions, or dreaming up cozy, elevated spaces that feel as good as they look. I love the beach, long walks, coffee dates with friends, family dance parties and a weekend getaway with my husband.
