So thankful for these finished photos of Positano Ristorante & Pizzeria and for our contribution to this stunning redesign. Our team finished the windows and doors in a creative plastered strie technique with a hint of metallic. We created an acrylic blend of two toned reds on the inset ceilings. We re-plastered several of the walls as the exciting finish was damaged in the redesign process. We also painted the mural in the main entry (on a separate post) We love to leave our mark and help talented designers, builders (and home owners) recreate their spaces. A special thanks to Design House for envisioning our work in these spaces and allowing us to create for you!

What a wonderful collaboration with your partners Sandtown Furniture Co.. They created and installed this 33 person confrence table and we were able to plaster the front on site. ….Made in 2018 and still looking fine! We have made a lifetime of projects since then and what a wild ride it’s been! Thankful to revisit this project while exploring the this week and even more grateful to still be here making work I’m proud of. It’s a dream to serve exceptional clients and designers in any scale of production.

“Schabin gilding” in Roland Park this week an excellent process with a talented team. Don’t sleep on the time lapse video on the final slide… it takes a village and we are capable for the task.

Schabin refers to premium gold leaf made by the German company Noris Blattgold. In the decorative painting and finishing world, saying “Schabin” is basically shorthand for top-tier gold leaf.

Why it’s special
• ✨ Extremely thin, consistent sheets of real gold
• 🎨 Favored for luxury finishes—murals, furniture, frames, ceilings
• 🪶 Lays down very smoothly compared to cheaper leaf
• 💎 Comes in different karats (like 22k, 23k, etc.) for different tones

Where you’ll see it
• Ornate interiors and ceilings
• High-end decorative painting (your world, honestly)
• Restoration work on antiques or historic buildings
• Custom furniture and statement walls
