Details make a house a home. It’s good to start with great foundational pieces and then add the details to make your space personal and cozy to your family.

Our Story

For years I have had a passion for creating beautiful spaces. Getting my Associates in Interior Design played an important role even as a Professional Photographer. Designing and re-designing sets and space planning have been staples in my life. Helping others find their own design aesthetic is something I find immense joy doing. Whether it is starting a space from a blank canvas or the challenge of re-designing and re-purposing elements in a room to completely change the feel and look, are things that drive me. I love helping people find the style that fits them, and sometimes that means combining styles or creating a new one to match their likes and dislikes. Creating a space that evokes the right emotion that my client wants to feel in the room is energizing. Whether they want a calm and relaxing feel, more formal, energetic, or a combination of emotions, bringing everything together with balance and beauty is extremely satisfying.

Working at Basset Furniture has played a huge role in finding and bringing quality furniture that is built to last into peoples homes. Adding accessories and combining it all with the HGTV makeover experience has been very gratifying and has given me wonderful clients I am privileged to serve. Helping to educate clients on how to tie a room together for a complete look is one of my favorite things. From space planning and measuring to picking out furniture and accessories and blending it with their own keepsakes are just a few of the things I can offer my clientele. In the end I want your home to be the place where you invite family and friends and enjoy being...just being. It’s a big world out there, lots of it is wonderful and ready to be explored but some times the daily demands of life and routines need a pause. Your home is that place where you go to be inspired, energized and a place to rest and recharge, why not create a place that speaks to you and your families story with beauty and serenity?
