Good morning from Blossoms of Elnora!

I can’t wait to hear from you all this week!

I’m taking deliveries Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, so if you need flowers for the end of the week, give me a call Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday and I’ll get you taken care of.

While I am closed Monday–Wednesday for homeschool, I still answer the phone and take orders during those days for later in the week.

A little reminder on ordering:

* Wednesday delivery: Please order at least 24 hours in advance.
* Thursday delivery: Call or message me by Wednesday.
* Friday & Saturday delivery: Just give me at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

I don’t keep a huge amount of flowers sitting around all week I purchase fresh flowers as needed for your orders so I can create something beautiful and intentional just for you.

Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, sympathy arrangement, “just because,” or you simply want to make someone’s day, I’d love to create something special for you.

I’m so excited to hear from all of you beautiful people this week! 🤍

What a beautiful evening celebrating 51 years of love, commitment, and a life built together.

I am so thankful to Monte Alteza - Tapas & W**e Garden for thinking of Blossoms of Elnora when one of their customers needed florals for such a special celebration. Being trusted with flowers for moments like this is something I never take lightly, and I truly appreciate local businesses who support and recommend other small businesses in our community.

Congratulations to this wonderful couple on 50 years of marriage! What an incredible blessing and testimony of love. May God continue to bless your marriage with many more years of happiness, laughter, good health, precious memories, and love for one another.

And if you haven’t visited Monte Alteza in Pipe Creek yet, you absolutely should. It is a beautiful, family owned Hill Country spot with a calm atmosphere, carefully selected wines, handcrafted cocktails, and such a lovely setting for an evening out or a special occasion. Their name even roughly translates to Royal Hill Country, which feels so fitting for this little gem in our community.

I am incredibly grateful to have been a small part of this celebration. Thank you, Monte Alteza, for supporting my floral business and for continuing to think of me when your guests need something beautiful. Community supporting community means more than you know.

One of my favorite parts of event florals is getting to create pieces that tie the whole room together. 🤍

For this event, I designed florals to frame the cake along with 20 coordinating bud vases for the guest tables. The cake florals were created in movable sections so they could be adjusted perfectly around the cake once everything was set up.

I love getting to take a unique idea, build out the vision, and then bring it to life with real flowers. Every little detail matters, and I’m so excited to see this one all together at the event. 🌿✨

This arrangement ended up being such a special delivery for me.

A wonderful customer reached out to order flowers for his mom, and as we worked through the details, I realized the recipient was actually my neighbor. It was such a sweet surprise getting the opportunity to meet her and personally deliver something I had created just for her.

She was genuinely surprised and told me how much she loved the arrangement, which meant so much. Her son was incredibly kind throughout the entire process and even offered to leave me a Google review something I’m always so grateful for as a small business owner.

One of my favorite parts of floral design is seeing someone’s reaction when they receive their flowers. When someone looks at something I’ve made and sees it as more than just flowers as something beautiful, thoughtful, and artistic it reminds me exactly why I love what I do.

Every season, I get the opportunity to create something special for Texas Salt Co. here in Bandera, and I truly cannot thank them enough for the way they continue to support my small business.

They order a seasonal arrangement from me and give me something every designer dreams of complete creative freedom. No strict rules, no limitations, just the trust to create something beautiful, unique, and completely my own. That trust has meant more to me than I can really put into words.

It has become one of my favorite seasonal traditions because I never quite know what the final piece will look like until I start creating, and somehow it always turns into something fun, different, and full of personality.

To the wonderful owners of Texas salt co , thank you for continuing to believe in me, support my business, and give my work a place to be seen in the community. Opportunities like this are such a blessing for a small business owner, and I am so incredibly grateful for you.

Some flowers are meant to celebrate a life well lived.

This casket spray was designed with bright, joyful color

yellow lilies, rich reds, soft peach tones, touches of pink and lavender, and plenty of lush greenery. Every bloom was chosen to create something full of warmth, beauty, and life.

Funeral flowers don’t always have to be quiet or traditional. Sometimes the most meaningful tribute is one that reflects the color, personality, and joy a person brought into the lives around them.

It is always an honor to be trusted with something this meaningful.

There are some people in this life who just seem to bring a little more light into the world.

Today, I’m so incredibly sad to hear about the passing of Dolly Parton.

To me, Dolly was a little bit like a flower colorful, beautiful, unapologetically herself, and somehow able to brighten a room just by being in it. She was a butterfly. A light in the dark. One of those rare people who made the world feel a little more joyful simply because she was here.

I loved her music, but even more than that, I loved the feeling her music gave you. I loved her elaborate outfits, her big hair, her sparkle, her femininity, and the way she never seemed afraid to be exactly who she was.

I can’t tell you how many times, even jokingly, I’ve thought, “Well… if Dolly can do it.”

Wear the big flowers.
Add a little more sparkle.
Be a little extra.
Love people well.
And never be afraid to make life beautiful.

That feels pretty fitting for Blossoms of Elnora.

Today, we’re remembering a woman who proved you can be glamorous and kind, successful and generous, strong and soft, all at the same time.

The world feels a little less colorful today.
