A couple early 3D renderings for a basement bar project we’re currently designing.

The biggest word behind this space was FUN. The client wanted something moody, interesting, and a little unexpected — a space where friends and family gather, stay awhile, and keep noticing new details every time they look around.

Nothing too serious. Nothing too perfect. Just layered lighting, vintage-inspired touches, bold artwork, neon, texture, and the kind of atmosphere that makes people want to pour another drink and settle in.

Officially Homeowners! 🏡✨ on Cold Stream Pond!

This was a special one from start to finish, and I’m excited to share that we officially closed!

Floor-to-ceiling drapery draws the eye upward, helping the ceiling feel taller, while the desk placement takes advantage of natural light without interrupting the flow of the room.
