My clients recently purchased an investment property that needed updates before it could be rented. We redid all the flooring, renovated 2.5 baths, updated the dark kitchen and replaced all carpet & lighting and repainted the entire interior. Window treatments are on the way while new windows, exterior work and AC round out the many renovations. This 4 bedroom colonial at the end of a cul de sac is now ready to be someone’s new home.
