Our Lake Shore Drive project has finally been approved to start demo after months and months of planning.This entire 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom beauty is getting a facelift. So much in store for this one!

We’re happily in full-throttle mode at N & M.
So much has to happen before construction even begins. Concepts, layouts, designs, contractor bids, cabinet plans, product selections and ordering. The in-between ex*****on phase may be the longest, but it always a win when we reach that milestone in our projects 🛠️

Do you know this hood was originally going to be white plaster but Robin insisted it be all purple! She won. We’re glad she did.

Also note the checkered white and purple sites that we hated and torn down 😂
