Our own Chris Lee will be giving an introduction on building small homes just before attendees split into rotating breakout sessions that will include information on zoning, construction and site evaluation, finances and small home interior design.

An easy paint trick for an entryway! Paint the bottom half of your staircase a darker color to pull the eye upwards and give the illusion of a taller space. 📷: growingspaces.net

Before and after! We had a toilet leak and I had to pull up all of the peel and stick tile I had previously done. 😔 Silver lining though, I had always wanted to try out a plaid floor and never had a good place for it! This will definitely tide me over until I can gut the whole thing!
