Take a look at the latest renovation of the Tri Delta House at LSU, designed by Mary Caroline Dansky of Dixon Smith Interiors.

While honoring the traditions, history, and character of the house, Mary Caroline brought a fresh burst of high design and youthful energy to the interiors. The result is a beautiful collection of spaces that feel sophisticated yet comfortable—perfect for today’s Tri Delta members to gather, connect, and make memories for years to come.

This inviting gathering space was designed with comfort, history, and sisterhood in mind. Soft blue upholstery, botanical fabrics, woven accents, and warm brass details create a relaxed palette, while the beautifully framed composite photographs celebrate generations of memories and tradition.

We love the balance of old and new—the original warm woodwork and treasured photographs paired with fresh fabrics, modern lighting, and playful sculptural details. The result is a space that feels youthful and updated while still honoring the history that makes it so special.
