This might just be my wake-up call that I feel the need to share with you my customers and friends. Doing Estate Sales involves finding beautiful treasures and heartbreaking secrets. It’s watching families that truly love their siblings or secretly hate them. Finding out that some siblings themselves are hiding finances that should be paid back to an estate. Setting up this last estate sale showed me disturbing images of someone living in fear. This should not be happening. It breaks a heart in two pieces knowing someone somewhere should have seen this. Reading about a 92 year old man, a father beaten to death by a son is becoming the norm in our society. This should not be happening. If you have a family that loves you, there for you, consider yourself extremely lucky. Not all of us have that in our lives. We just lost a family member this week that was truly a beautiful person, who will be missed within this family. But what is truly sad is not everyone in our family knew her. Why, because they never made themselves available to come to the family gatherings. My point in all this is, you do not have to leave your estate to family members that care nothing for you. For you that know me, you know I have so much to give. From gorgeous jewelry to priceless heirlooms. It has really hit hard on who actually cares and who doesn’t. Since May of this year I have been having major health problems. Almost ended up in the hospital with pneumonia. We all know I would not have made it out. This upcoming week, I will be home reorganizing my shop, going through things in the house to get ready to sale. We have our affairs in order for when our time is up. Please get yours in order.
