Well, hey there! Guess who's back after six weeks of ice packs, physical therapy, and way too much Hulu?

I had a total knee replacement (oof!) and while I’ve been focused on healing, I’ve missed this space—and YOU. Creating, sharing, and connecting are such big parts of my world, and I’m easing back in with a fresh burst of gratitude and inspiration.

I’ve got a big step coming up—literally!

I’ll be having knee replacement surgery next week, and while I know this is the right move, I also know the recovery road can be… bumpy.

So I’m reaching out to you. If you’ve had knee replacement surgery (or cared for someone who has), I’d love your tips, tricks, encouragement, or even “what not to do” advice for recovery and rehab.

I believe in celebrating every step—no matter how wobbly—and I’d be so grateful to learn from those who’ve walked this path ahead of me. 💗
