Spring is here! And we are back to work! Finally! Check out this white and red oak floor we sanded today. Last week we installed the kitchen, laundry room, and entry way. It's toothed into the original wood floors in the living room, hallway, and bedrooms. Monday we will be doing 2 water-based finish coats. This floor was previously water damaged.

Our busy season is just about gearing up.
I am looking for a couple guys that aren't afraid to work hard.
Experience with installing or refinishing wood floors is a big plus but we can train the right person.
Must be trustworthy, professional and ambitious.
Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation to work and home.
Must be able to lift heavy equipment in and out of homes and work van.
Pay wages go by experience.

Our usual work hours are 8am to 5pm. Part of that is drive time to and from jobs since we work out of town quite a bit.

The positions aren't immediate but we have a couple jobs coming up that we would like to start training someone on.

Red oak refinish project. It is natural with oil based sealer and water based finish coats. These floors were previously chipping away, scratched up, and had some water damage.

This is a Natural pine floor project that we refinished last week. Water based seal and finish. These floor was previously carpeted and had some areas that were painted over.

Red oak shorts floor we refinished last week. Cocoa stain color with oil seal and 2 coats of water-based finish.

Here's one of the Projects our guys are working on this week! Brazilian cherry prefinished wood. Just have to finish installing and filling nail holes. Base and then trim afterward.
