This is a Re-fashion Project from Aug-Sept 2023. I transformed a blouse and skirt into a different style! An XL blue blouse was transformed into a size Medium wrap blouse with V-neckline. A Medium purple circle skirt was transformed into a wrap skirt. A pair of purple pants was deconstructed and its fabric used to create the new waistband, waist-ties, and a modesty panel to increase the width of the skirt so that there was enough to overlap and preserve the modesty of the wearer while walking, sitting, twirling, etc.
