Not only from a design stand point, but also build quality and craftsmanship. M Grills are not mass produced and rushed out the door. We put a high attention to detail and craftsmanship into our cookers. We not only build high end consumer grills and smokers, but also commercial wood burning smokers for some of the best barbecue restaurants all over the country. We know quality, that’s why customers choose M Grills. It takes much more than just thick steel to allow your grill to perform and last. It’s the product design and impeccable craftsmanship for fit and finish that takes your grill to a high performing level. If a cooker does not perform as well as it did the first day you bought it, then that does not settle well with us. Notorious things happen to grills over time. Specifically, thin steel can warp out of shape from extended amounts of heat. This is one of the reasons we do not put ash clean out doors on our cookers. Once this happens, you allow unwanted air to enter the grill or your heat leaking out. At this point, you have lost all performance of your cooker. M Grills strives to make the best high performance grills to perform the same from day 1 to 15+ years. M Grills is constantly innovating and improving every aspect of our product line and company goals. Our commitment and involvement with some of the best cooks in the world on the largest stages of competition is just getting started. In a very short amount of time, our products have helps cooks win World Championships on the largest stages of competition. When you purchase an M Grill, you are apart of something special. We call it ‘The M Grills Army’. A community of individuals from all walks of life who are proud to own the best of the best. Wether you’re into competition, commercial cooking, or backyard dominance. We are a group who share personal experiences, recipes, tips and tricks, and old stories by the glow of a firebox door. The High Performance Grill Company. Proudly made in America.
