Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 lb Medium Shell pasta, cooked al dente, drained & cooled Barilla
• 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cubed Tillamook County Creamery Association
Garlic Herb Dressing:
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
• 1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp pepper (more if needed to taste)
• 1/2 fresh small lemon juiced
• 3 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Buttery Biscuit Topping:
• 2 cups garlic croutons (or oyster crackers)
• 4 tbsp butter, melted > I love
• ½ tsp garlic powder
1. Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Toss cooled pasta with cheddar cubes and dressing until well coated. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour (trust me—it gets SO much better).
3. In a pan or bowl, toss croutons with melted butter + garlic powder until fully coated.
Right before serving, fold buttery croutons into the pasta salad so they stay crunchy.
✨ Cheddar Bay biscuit pasta salad = buttery, garlicky perfection!
