We are going to go ahead and call this part 1 of the hall reveal. All the extras need to be added but the bones of the project is done!!! I could not be more happy with this barn door it turned out absolutely stunning in this space. Thank you to for the inspiration 🤗 and let me tell you scraping off the popcorn ceiling made a HUGE difference.

When your brother-in-law has a free Sunday afternoon. Goes to Home Depot and picks up all the supplies for you, and then teaches you some “tricks of the trade” while easily figuring out all the complicated angle cuts!!! Then while I was doing that my husband was at home watching the kids AND removed the old door with the extra trim so the barn door frame is ready to go. Changed out old gold door k***s for oil rubbed bronze ones, and hung the new light in the pantry. While also making dinner 😳🤗 yesterday was beyond a great day! Seriously sooooo spoiled 🥳
