Custom Order Q&A!
These are all commonly asked questions about custom orders i wanted to answer! If you have a question that isn’t answered here feel free to comment or send me a message 😁
*How much will it cost for a custom piece?*
All prices will vary depending on other factors such as material, size, and how long it takes me to make! I can always do my best to give an estimate. However, for big orders (such as blankets, multiple plushies, etc.) i will require a non-refundable down payment before i begin working on the order!
*How long will it take to complete the custom order?*
The timeframe of the order also varies due to other factors! Most plushies can be done in 1-3 bussiness days while blankets and bigger orders may take a week or more.
*Can I choose the colors, yarn type, pattern?*
Absolutely! Unfortunately the yarn type and colors will also affect the price. If you choose yarn i already have in stock the price will not be affected since i won’t have to buy any! A custom order does not have to be something i’ve made before. If you find a pattern on pintrest shoot me a message and we can work things out!
*Can the size be customized to fit specific dimensions or preferences?*
I sure can try my best! Everyone crochets with a differnt tension but with trial and error i can get those measurements as close as possible!
*What are the shipping costs/delivery times?*
Unfortunately at this time i do not offer shipping but can meet in Beckley WV and surrounding areas! If you’re absolutely certain you want an item shipped we can work out pricing.
*How should the crochet item be washed and cared for?*
Each item will include a wash and care card! Depending on yarn type and what the item is determines how it needs to be cared for!
*What are the payment methods accepted for custom orders?*
I accept cash and card (paypal, cashapp, etc.)
*What is the policy if I'm not satisfied with the custom order?*
I will work intensely with you to make sure that the item is exactly how you want it to avoid any dissatisfaction! If for any reason you don’t like something about it, i will make sure it gets fixed before i give it to you!
*How often will I receive updates on the progress of my order?*
I will give daily updates regardless on how long the oder may take! I want your order to be exactly how you want it and daily pictures is one way for us to communicate to ensure it’s perfect!
*Are there any limitations on what can be crocheted or specific techniques that can be used?*
I’ve been crocheting for 2 years now and i still learn new things every day! I will always try my best at something new but worst case scenario im just not able to make it for you. I will always look for alternatives beforehand of course!
