Today we are wrapping up a painting project for a client in Bel Air, and while we were there the team from Sweep A Chim was installing a gas fireplace insert.

My employees immediately told me how kind and respectful their technicians were, and I saw the same thing myself when I arrived. They were professional, polite, and took the time to thoroughly explain the new unit to the homeowner and answer all her questions.

As someone who works in people’s homes every day, I know how much it matters to have service providers who treat clients well and represent their company with professionalism. These guys did exactly that and then some!
