Okay does anyone deal with Perioral Dermatitis, Eczema, Seborrheic Dermatitis, acne, or just facial break outs? Tenley and I have both been dealing with some of these issues for the last few years, and nothing seems to work enough. I am tired of going to the doctors and being told to use topical steroids, and pills. Not only has it become costly over the years but also not healthy for us both long term.
Recently I had the worst break out from my Perioral Dermatitis that caused me not to leave my house and get depressed and frustrated over it. I decided I needed to try and do my own research before waiting weeks to get back into my dermatologists office. After reading hours of stories from others dealing with the same issues, I decided to try some new products. I have to be honest I was completely blow away by my results, and I am sure anyone who was seeing me still on the daily basis would agree.
I did also have to change out a few other products in my daily routine that were possibly also contributing to my issues. I have always known I had reactions to any products that had dyes or perfumes in them, and the dermatologist had me using fluoride free toothpaste. What I didn't realize was there was an ingredient still in most of the items I was using that would still cause my breakouts. It was Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. It is an ingredient used in so many personal products and cleaning products.
All of the products I found and have been using came from Amazon, Target and Ultra. So all very easy to get, and not extremely expensive. The facial soap bar was more than I have normally spent on a small bar of soap, but if I take in the fact I won't have the cost of monthly prescriptions it is still saving me money.
If you are interested in the products that Ciera, Tenley and I are all now using daily please let me know below. I would love to see if they would also help others. :)
