We had an incredible time at this year’s Blueprints & Blue Crabs event at Kurtz’s Beach! We’re so grateful to everyone who came out and helped make this event such a success!

A huge shoutout to our very own, Chris Mason for bringing so many people from our industry together! 👏

The Spartan team went to Long Island for a little team building on the water! 🎣
With prizes for the first fish caught and the biggest fish caught, there was definitely some friendly competition throughout the day. 🏆
Congratulations to our winners, and thanks to everyone who made it such a fun day! It’s always a great time getting together and spending time with our team outside of the office.

From brunch to tee time to dinner, Spartan’s Annual Customer Appreciation Golf Outing was a day to celebrate the people who make what we do so special. Clients, Spartans, and sponsors came together for a day on the course, filled with great conversations, friendly competition, and even better company.

While the rain may have brought our tournament to an early end, it certainly didn’t stop the fun. We took the festivities indoors with a hallway putting contest, plenty of laughs, and crab cakes in hand as we watched the storms roll by. ⛳️🌧️🦀

Last week, Spartan Surfaces had the honor of welcoming an incredible group of candidates from all over the country for Spartan Surfaces: The Next Generation! 🎉
Spartan flew in 27 talented individuals from all over the U.S. for the opportunity to interview for a JR Sales Representative position at Spartan Surfaces.
Our Spartan team, Jacob Clary, Hannah Verschoore, Neil O’Brien, Keith Lacognata, Phil Carey, Joe Blodgett, Colin O’Donnell, and Michael Blasek, kept the day moving with speed interviews and plenty of conversations with each candidate.
When they weren’t interviewing, our candidates got professional headshots, toured our facility, and got a behind-the-scenes look at life at Spartan. And, of course, we wrapped up the day with a well-deserved happy hour at Looney’s! 
At Spartan, we believe in investing in the next generation of our team and creating opportunities for talented individuals to grow their careers in the flooring industry.
We couldn’t have asked for a better group of candidates. A huge thank you to everyone who traveled to join us, brought their energy, and made this experience so special. We’re excited to see where this next chapter takes you! 👏
