I'm a mental health therapist with nearly 30 years of hanging out with incredible humans as they walk through their healing journey. A lot. Making stickers and affirmation cards is a creative and therapeutic outlet for me. I finally took a risk on myself and put them out on the interwebs. Let's normalize that we all process information differently. No good, or bad, right, or wrong. Just differently. Having received a later in life diagnosis of ADHD, I'm learning to embrace the way my brain functions and realize that it makes me who I am.
