What a huge impact paint has!
This very traditional fireplace from Cyn House (see highlights in my profile for other areas!) entered 2020 with paint in key places.
Wrought Iron paint for the mantle, Rustoleum high heat paint for the interior and birch logs make this fireplace the focal point of the room!
This definitely counts as low cost high impact!!

This is the other side of the master bath I posted yesterday, swipe to see the before!
What a transformation!
Our homeowner loves color so we added it to places that will be easy to change if the mood changes!
Here’s what we did:
Complete Gut;
Added skylights for natural light (wow- huge impact!);
Trimmed the subfloor framing members to allow for a curb-less shower entry (with engineer approval of course!); built new custom cabinetry; moved wiring for wall sconces; repositioned tub and its faucet; skimmed the walls to smooth the texture; new floor and wall tile; installed mirrors and used pottery barn medicine cabinet inserts; new shower, tub and faucet fixtures; and painted everything!
