Easy Tuna Noodle Casserole

One of those ‘Grandma used to make this’ meals that brings everyone to the table! So simple, cheap, and comforting — perfect for weeknights.

Ingredients:
- 2 cans tuna (drained)
- 1 bag egg noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Crushed potato chips for topping

Instructions:
1. Cook egg noodles according to package, drain.
2. Mix together tuna, soup, milk, peas, and 1 ½ cups cheese.
3. Combine with cooked noodles and pour into a greased baking dish.
4. Top with remaining cheese and crushed potato chips.
5. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until bubbly. Pure nostalgia in every bite!

Copycat Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole

This tastes just like the one from Cracker Barrel! 🙌 My go-to breakfast-for-dinner recipe that the whole family devours every time.

Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen shredded hashbrowns (30 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Spread into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
4. Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden and bubbly on top.

Cheap ingredients… ridiculously good dinner! 🐷 These creamy ranch pork chops are tender, flavorful, and made in one pan. Even picky eaters love them!

Ingredients:
- 4-6 boneless pork chops
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Brown pork chops in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side.
2. Mix ranch packet, cream of chicken soup, milk, and pepper.
3. Pour mixture over pork chops. Cover and simmer on low for 20-25 minutes.
4. Spoon sauce over the chops when serving.

My husband asked me to make this again tomorrow! 😂 This cheesy cornbread casserole is the perfect side dish that steals the show at any family dinner or potluck.

Ingredients:
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (except 1/2 cup cheese).
3. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
4. Top with remaining cheese.

“Y’all… this pot roast practically melts in your mouth! 😍 My family fights over the leftovers. Set it and forget it — the ultimate comfort dinner for busy days.”

Ingredients:
- 3-4 lb chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 stick butter
- 6-8 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions:
1. Place roast in crockpot. Sprinkle both seasoning packets over the meat.
2. Add butter, pepperoncini, and beef broth.
3. Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
4. Shred or slice the roast and serve with mashed potatoes and gravy from the pot.
5. Pure Southern comfort that disappears fast!

This disappeared before I could even sit down! 😍 My family went crazy over this creamy, cheesy crockpot crack chicken. Perfect for busy nights and it makes the best sandwiches too!

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbles
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions:
1. Place chicken in the crockpot. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over it.
2. Add cream cheese and chicken broth.
3. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
4. Shred the chicken, stir in cheddar cheese and bacon.
5. Serve over rice, on buns, or with potatoes. Your family will beg for this again tomorrow!

Old-Fashioned Chicken and Dumplings

My husband asked me to make this again tomorrow… and the next day! 😂 This cozy chicken and dumplings recipe tastes just like Grandma used to make.

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken (or 2 lbs thighs)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuits (for dumplings)

Instructions:
1. Add chicken, vegetables, broth, and soup to a large pot. Simmer for 45 minutes until chicken is tender.
2. Remove chicken, shred it, and return to pot.
3. Cut biscuits into quarters and drop into simmering soup.
4. Cover and cook 10-12 minutes until dumplings are fluffy.
5. Serve hot — pure Southern comfort in a bowl!

Ingredients:
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled & diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- Bacon, green onions & sour cream for topping

Instructions:
1. Cook potatoes and onion in broth until soft (about 15 minutes).
2. Add cream of chicken soup and cream cheese. Stir until melted.
3. Use a potato masher to make it chunky or creamy — your choice!
4. Stir in cheddar cheese.
5. Top each bowl with bacon, green onions, and extra cheese. Your family will fight over the leftovers!

Only 5 ingredients and one pan? Yes please! 🙌 This sausage and potato bake is my go-to when I don’t feel like cooking but still want something delicious.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 6 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil + salt & pepper

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Toss everything together on a large sheet pan with oil, salt & pepper.
3. Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway.
4. That’s it! Crispy potatoes, juicy sausage, and sweet peppers.
5. Dinner is done with almost zero cleanup. Budget-friendly and filling!

Poor Man’s Creamy Beef & Noodles

This is one of those ‘Grandma used to make this’ recipes that never fails! So cheap but tastes like a million bucks. My family cleans the plate every single time.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bag egg noodles
- Salt, pepper & garlic powder

Instructions:
1. Brown ground beef with onion, drain fat.
2. Add cream of mushroom soup and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes.
3. Cook egg noodles according to package.
4. Stir sour cream into beef mixture, then combine with drained noodles.
5. Top with extra black pepper. Pure comfort food heaven!
