Well, first go at a rotisserie prime rib. Picked up from The Wagyu Shop.

Now, I underestimated the defrost time and the cook time as a result, it was cooold when I got it on.

To not eat too late, I turned up the heat midway .... and more toward the end. As a result carryover was more than anticipated.

I'm any event, I'm pretty sure I have a good idea of timing for the next one of I decide to spin one again.

I still think my go to is a

Decided to spin a prime rib for the first time. I'm a reverse sear type.

This was good. I ended up overcooking as I underestimated the carryover. I had to turn up the heat because I underestimated the cook time, tried to make up for it. Ended up eating after 8pm lol.
