It is with a heavy heart and much careful consideration that we announce Countless Creations will be closing. This decision did not come easily.
Over the past several months, both of us have faced ongoing dental and health challenges that have required significant attention and resources. After much reflection, we felt it was in our best interest to move forward without placing ourselves under substantial financial strain.
Rather than accumulating thousands of dollars in debt, we have chosen to sell what we can from the business, dissolve Countless Creations, and carry forward the many joyful memories and meaningful experiences we have shared along the way.
Many of you know that I have struggled with serious dental issues for over twelve years. Despite every effort to care for them, my teeth have continued to deteriorate, affecting not only my health but also my confidence. I will be pursuing a full-mouth implant procedure to put an end to ongoing pain, breakage, and uncertainty. Matt has also been experiencing dental concerns, and we will be addressing his treatment as well.
We will be announcing upcoming live sales in the near future, where we will feature and sell our completed items. Following that, we plan to offer materials that are still in production stages, and eventually transition to selling supplies such as glitters, micas, and other materials used to create our products. This will help us move closer to our goal of closing this chapter responsibly.
Please understand that this has been a very difficult decision for us. However, we believe it is the best course of action in order to manage and take care of our health-related expenses.
We are incredibly grateful for the love, support, and encouragement we have received from this community. Countless Creations has meant more to us than just a business—it has been a passion, a creative outlet, and a part of our lives we will always cherish. Thank you for being part of our journey.
