When people asked me - What is Thai food?
For me is hard to explain because Thai food is a delicious history lesson.
It’s born from many regions and cultures blending together.

🌾 North – Gentle, herbal flavors influenced by Myanmar & Laos
🔥 Isaan (Northeast) – Bold, sour, spicy, shaped by Lao traditions
🍲 Central – Balanced curries and royal cuisine, touched by China
🥥 South – Rich, creamy, and fiery, inspired by Malaysia & the sea

Every dish is a conversation of cultures—sweet, sour, salty, spicy, umami—all in one bite.

For the lessons I teach, it’s really important that we also bring in history and culture. This is what brings me so much joy at how welcoming everyone has been 🙏🏼 🇹🇭

Three things I love to do - Cooking, Teaching, and Traveling.

I’m so lucky to be able to do all of them while at the same time sharing my Thai culture and cuisine with people.

Growing up in Bangkok Thailand I never imagined I would have the chance to see 25 of the 50 states 😍

What an incredible group of people! Filled with positive energy, laughter, and enjoyment.

Bitter sweet moment as I announce that this will be my last class in Bend for a while. My husband and I will take an extended trip to Europe and Thailand, and we will continue traveling, hoping life brings us back here.

Grateful to the community for allowing me to share my story, love, and passion for Thai food. I feel welcomed and appreciated by many people here.

Thank you to all my amazing clients for taking classes with me (Totaling over 100+ people!) And for the chance to share my culture and making memories together.

And of course thank you for your love of Thai food ❤️

I finally have the chance to let you know about a public Thai cooking demonstration.

I love putting on these events because they are more affordable than my at-home classes, and you can sit back and learn with a group of friends but still benefit from all the tips and insights I share.

I will be teaching how to cook Goong Ob Woonsen : กุ้งอบวุ้นเส้น (Ginger Shrimp & Glass Noodles)

**I'll also teach you how to make a Thai secret seafood sauce that's a real crowd favorite**
Traditionally, this Thai glass noodle dish isn't stir-fried but actually cooked in a clay pot with the lid on.

You’re never too young or old to experience joy from food.

Yesterday was very special because a young girl joined with her mother. She’s turning 8 years old soon!

It reminded me of my time with my mom, and the guidance she gave me. It was so sweet to see how her mom nurtured her passion.

Also don’t be fooled by her cute smile, this was a class on Thai red curry and this girl can take the heat 🔥 🌶️

My first group after coming back from Thailand on a 25 hour flight.

I had jet lag but this awesome group gave me energy!

The team from High Desert Food & Farm Alliance did something that I really love so much.

Their mission is to help everyone have access to healthy, nutritious, affordable, and culturally appropriate food.

So for their lesson they lived their values and we sourced ingredients from local farmers here in Central Oregon.

Ingredients always taste better when they’re local, and it was a real joy to see how they all worked together.

I’m so happy to teach this group how to take Central Oregon produce to make Authentic Thai food. And see how proud they are when they see how delicious and beautiful their food turned out.
