Immediate opening for office manager available. Duties include (but are not limited to) answering phones, scheduling window/gutter cleaning jobs, preparing weekly paperwork for window cleaners, payroll using QuickBooks, accounts receivable/payable, daily paperwork/invoicing, reconciling credit card & bank statements, making weekly deposits at the bank. Our new toy.... Thanks Hydro Tek... a power washing manufacturer... We retired our old Power washer for a new one. The old one lasted 20 years and still runs. So thanks all you customer that helped me pay for the new one. Without you we would still be using the old one.
