Loved working with the stunning color combo of purple and bright greens for the beautiful wedding of Brenna and Josh at the Brazilian Room in Berkeley. So great to work with orchids, calla lilies, hydrangea, and amaranth, along with roses, hellebore, dahlias, ranunculus and lisianthus for a soft romantic look. The day was gorgeous and it’s always an honor to design the florals for a special moment in a couple’s life✨

This month marks 13 years of having Bluma-The Artful Botanic; this sweet tiny floral side business of mine. It is a bit wild, to be honest, to moonlight in this world, with a full time museum job and a young child, but I cannot imagine not having Bluma as my artistic practice and I delight in how it keeps my creative juices flowing. Not to mention all the learning opportunities that come with each new gig, working with awesome clients who are simpatico with my style and ideas, and connecting with amazingly talented photographers, & wedding and floral vendors, plus just being around stunning flowers and plants.
