This moment right here, the sunset, the view…it was worth the hustle of a hike to experience this beauty. You see, it was getting late and we weren’t sure if we could get to this point before the sunset. It got dark on our way back out so we had to use flashlights but it was oh so worth it!

It was wonderful to get away a couple weeks ago and celebrate our anniversary even if it was only for two days. New River Gorge National Park has so much to offer and we need to go back to explore some more.

You could have the coolest camp chairs around. And just on time to enjoy a relaxing night by the campfire.

What makes them even better is they are locally made by my very own Dad. The wood is treated and will gray over time.

Now that I’ve got your attention! We are heading to the flea market on Friday, May 15 to shop. Hoping to bring back lovely treasures to fill the studio. We are focusing on smalls this trip. Wish us luck! And comment below what you’d like us to bring back.

Oh yeah! We are, also, closed Monday, May 18 for a personal day. As we do each week, we will be closed on Tuesday and then reopen Wednesday with regular hours.

I asked and he delivered! After sourcing test tube vases, I went to John with the idea to create these wood test tube vases. Of course he came through and they turned out lovely!

Mom would be thrilled with one of these vases to display flowers from her garden. Thought you might need a gift idea for this Mother’s Day weekend.
