Tom has been working in all aspects of the building trades since Graduate School and has had his own contracting business since 1985. Tom Ayars comes from a heritage of entrepreneurs whose creativity, innovation and excellence helped shape this nation. Atlantic . Tom's Great-Grandfather, George G Prentice, was an inventor and manufacturer of machinery and tools in New Haven, CT with 25 patents and clients throughout the world. Specialties: Tom's focus over the last few years has been small remodeling projects, primarily bathrooms and kitchens. The added value that Tom brings to any project is his broad experience,creative design, and dependability. His skills cover the entire scope of the trades from painting; plaster repair, window glazing, paperhanging, tile, framing and finish carpentry.
