Building Progress.....

It's been a while since I have had an update on the building. Here is what has been done so far. Sewage line found and connected, water shut off found and connected, termite damaged framing removed and replaced, bathroom plumbing is ruffed in and framing complete. now we insulate and drywall, furnace and air waiting to also be installed. It's been a long process to say the least but we are getting closer to having an opening date. Can't wait to see you all again!!!

BUILDING UP DATE.....
Here it is July already and I had hoped to be open by now. The building was part of a lawnmower center and used as storage, once we got the keys we had to empty the building out. It was literally stacked to the ceiling throwing away the crap and keeping the good things that can go to an auction. That's when my we realized just how much work this little gem of a building needs so its looking like it will be a fall opening. I promise it will be well worth the wait and can't wait to see you all again.

ITS OFFICIAL..... WE HAVE FOUND A PLACE FOR PAINT ME PRETTY TO LAND. WE TAKE POSSESIION OF THE BUILDING FEBUARY 1st. Once we get in we have some remodeling to do on the inside and a little updating on the outside . We will be looking to open in the spring, more details to come, Pam and I look forward to serving you once again. Can't wait to see you all!!!!
